NapaSonomaWineTours.com is owned and maintained by Private Limousine Service - A Luxury Chauffeured Transportation Company based in beautiful Sonoma Wine Country in California. Utilizing our own fleet of luxury sedans, stretch limousines, van's, shuttle and limo buses we accommodate those who deserves the very best. Our services include Napa Valley and Sonoma Wine Tours, Weddings, Dinners, Corporate Ground Transportation including Executive Travelers, Team Buildings, Road Shows as well as many other business or personal chauffeured transportation needs.

Our Drivers

First and foremost, we choose our drivers very carefully by paying huge attention to their attitude, intelligence and willingness to provide customer service. We employ only California Commercial Class B drivers with Passenger Endorsement. Most of our drivers have been with us for over five years. All of our drivers must pass a Pre-hire drug test and criminal background check. During their employment our drivers must be available for a 24 hour notice random drug test supervised by ADTS - an Alcohol and Drug Testing Services recommended by California Public Utilities Commission. Our new hires must attend our "Chauffeur Training Classes" before assigning them to a job. During the training, witch undergoes under a supervision of a CHP officer, we closely monitor each drivers ability to safely and comfortably drive a stretch limousine, a bus or a sedan. Then they have to pass a written test about Tourist Attractions, Hotels, Restaurants, Napa Valley and Sonoma Wineries and San Francisco Bay Area freeways and roads in general. After finishing their training with acceptable scores they must ride along with one of our senior drivers. Once a year we send our friends-secret shoppers on a wine tour with each of our drivers and collect a driver valuation report. Of course the driver does not have any idea that he or she is being evaluated.

How We Compete With Other Limo Companies

Very simple - We prefer to earn our customers trust and not the extra dollar. "A Service With The Measurements Of Your Requirements" That's it. Very simple. I mean, we can go over and over and say that we have "new vehicles" in the fleet, or like our competition likes to cover up their lies by saying "late model limos", or that our drivers get paid more than our competition pays (which is true) and we get to choose the best drivers, and that we have the best service in the World, etc etc.  I mean, come on, let the customer decided that one, right?

We monitor our competition very closely. We constantly collect information about their employees, fleet, prices, marketing strategies, special offers, training materials, contracts and anything else that we can get our hands on to be aware of happenings among our competition. We play the game by the rules and the rules are simple: Offer more and better than your competition and don't cheat the customer.

Our Industry - Ohh boy!!!

Out of over a one hundred limousine services in the area, there are only a few reputable ones, that we are proud to compete with. Unfortunately, there are too many liars and illegal operators out there. Most of those websites you see, are one man operated businesses and illegal drivers utilizing their personal vehicles without proper licensing and liability insurance. It's very easy to spend a few hundred dollars and build a webpage that displays a whole fleet of cars and the text on the site reads "our drivers" " our friendly office staff" etc etc. They are just trying to look like they are a big company and you can trust them. But. Here is how to tell if the company is honest or not. Every legal operator in California must display it's TCP numbers on all advertising and promotional materials which includes websites and even vehicles. Go to California Public Utilities Commissions Website and type the TCP number advertised by the operator. Leave the Carrier name and the County blank and hit "submit". On the next page you are going to see the truth about the operator. If it comes back Revoked, Suspended, Expired - stay away from that guy. Also you can see if the company who advertises "our drivers" "our fleet" and displays many types of vehicles on the website and does not have a workers compensation insurance, but does have a PL and PD policy - That's a one man show trying to look big, or they do have more than one drivers, but of course illegal drivers. Our TCP number is 19705-B, you can find this number on every page of every one of our websites, advertising materials, business cards and on every one of our vehicles. On our sedans and stretch limousines the TCP numbers are on the front and rear bumpers and on our Vans and Buses the TCP numbers are on left and right sides near the back.
